Question about Bounty Missions

Do you have to play all difficulties to ensure that you have participated for the initiator?

I don’t think so but I am not sure that there is actually a separate reward as being the initiator of the quest? We have not seen it on our alliance so far ( just the extra for everyone once we hit 10) and we had an initiator that did all the difficulties?

Please post if there is anything other than that for the initiator?

No, you just have to do one path on whatever difficulty you choose...
