Event Quest Chap 3 last map has 4 human torches each of whom has power start 2+cornered node on it

I'm using an R4 5*. I tried building Power through hitting him in time to take down the 2 Bars, but that took too long. I ended up using a combo of hitting and Blocking to build Power. If he fires the L2, and you Block, you're fine. Still haven't been able to Dex him since he's so laggy. Basically, if you can get to your L1 without being burned to a crisp, you can keep him under control. Going in with full Health and an R4 means you can get there without dying, unless you get hit with Incinerate.
Got a solo on him using Stark Spidey- parry, heavy (will drain good amount of power and then just parry, attack, sp1)
And the sp2 can be evaded..You have to wait until he gets to you and then swipe back.
Let's talk about a hypothetical. Let's say, by chance, someone who isn't very well-liked on the Forum, is tracked down on their own personal Social Media, and someone discovers a screenshot that they posted to enter a contest. Then someone with a very sick sense of hatred posts that individual's personal information on the Forum, and other Websites, leading that individual to have to change their Social Media, and request a name change of IGN, since people were jumping into their Ally and spewing hatred from the Forum, and undercover new Members were joining to fish information, and their privacy wasn't safe.
Also hypothetically, someone just as sick tracks them down again, even after the name change, and blasts their info again, causing this person to be extremely limited to who they allow into their Ally, because they can't trust anyone. By that time, the individual would most likely not care who knows their name, they just want respect for their privacy.
If you think that has an effect anymore, you're wrong. Nothing is a secret. I just like to have a modicum of control after being violated, repeatedly. I have several other words that aren't appropriate for this Forum, but it wouldn't get through anyway.
Evade the first attack and wait for the second and evade it like you would evade a dash attack
