Act 6.1.5 power struggle..when opponent uses special your power is drained..the cosmic rod is suppose to bypass that effect because it is an effect that lowers his power and the cosmic rod makes him immune to that

    weird, i havent tested my annihilus yet. kinda regret grinding for him twice :s
