**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Fed up with the lag on iPhone XS

Initially the lag was only impacting Samsung. I upgraded to iPhone XS and since the last update, the game occasionally lags on this phone too. What's the solution for this? Upgrading to iPhone XS MAX ? I hope we are getting some kind of compensation after this annoyance is resolved.

    Turn on low power mode and close your apps. Since it seems you have money to spare, maybe upgrade your download/upload speed for your WiFi? (Or if you live/play when there are tall trees around, signal sucks no matter what)

    lol it's not on my end. did you even read what I wrote? it's happening since the last buggy update. and FYI

    my download/upload speed: 300 mbps/ 30 mbps
    no other apps are opened
    low power mode probably not a good idea as it limits the CPU usage.

    If it’s not on your end, why do you need a new phone o.O

    Tbh the myth that androids are retardedly laggy compared to apples, where there isn’t a lag spike for miles in any direction is false. Everybody gets lag.

    If you get lag at the start of fights like the UC DarkHawk, pause the fight right before you would normally hold block or evade, count to 5, then go and everything loads in and it’s a smooth fight.

    Skkc's made it clear that the problems aren't from his end, it's not his fault, why would he do all that stuff like pausing and stuff? It's the developers who should look after this instead of players looking for cheap fixes like the technique you mentioned.

    I play on a 6s and after the update the game is clearly laggy and I’ve wasted a bunch of revives due to game lag :/

  • Hey guys, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing lag, and I understand it can be frustrating when the game doesn't perform in the way you expect.

    There are many devices capable of running the game and there are many different factors which can cause lag to occur. Unfortunately, there isn't a simple "one-fix-all" solution to issues like this. However, we're always reviewing any reports we receive here in the Forums and working to develop and implement improvements on our end to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible.
