Bounty Missions Disappearing After Starting Post-Update 23.1

I've had this happen a minimum of 6 times since the most recent update.
Someone in my Alliance opens a Bounty Mission, while selecting my team, the mission says it expires and then someone else has to open another Bounty Mission.
I had this happen to myself this morning and have screenshots showing this.
You can see I opened my Anti-Matter Crystal, it says I have to wait (starts at 8 hours since Bounty Should be active for that time already) and yet someone else had to open after me because my Bounty Mission disappeared. So it's costing double for one Bounty Mission and expiring before anyone can join.
This is a major issue and I don't think I'm alone and. Don't see that Kabam is even aware of this issue. Please help!
