    That's not how it works. Despite Spider-man (classic), Sym Spider-man and Stark Spider are the same person, they all are different characters.
    So Stark Spider isn't an avenger. Same reason why Green Golbin, Gwenpool, Heimdall, or literally anyone that isn't an avenger, isn't an avenger
    So Spiderman enanced with "Tony Stark suit" to help him be an Avenger (last movie of Spiderman) is not an Avenger, but original Spiderman is?

    Movies don't matter here. This is the story of the game, not the MCU story.
    In this game, he is not an avenger. He is also not an avenger in MCU until he becomes Iron Spider (which is NOT Stark Spider).
    Original Spider-man is also not an avenger
    Lol his tag was REMOVED. He was an avenger then it was changed for no reason

    The game isn't based in the MCU Earth-19999 universe, it's based on the Earth-TRN517 Universe, which has it's own set of rules.

    Also Stark Enhanced Spider-Man is based on Spider-Man Homecoming, which predates Infinity War. In Homecoming he wasn't an Avenger then.

    Also Also. Spider-Man Classic IS NOT AN AVENGER EITHER. He was part of the NEW AVENGERS. Which formed AFTER the original Avengers had broken up in the first place.

    If I remember correctly a mod responded on one of these tag threads a couple weeks ago and said Marvel chooses the champion tags not Kabam. Even if I’m wrong please stop making these threads and look up your questions before you make a thread on it. Mods should update the forums FAQ page to say don’t ask about tag changes like they did for RDTs if I’m correct about the restrictions on tags.

    And Gladiator Hulk too. He's got the #Avenger in game but he clearly left the team cause he was gone for two years before Thor found him on Sakaar.
    Clearly the tags don't follow a cast-iron set of rules.

    When he was added, the "avengers" tag wasn't used in any scenario. It was removed then, so people never used him in any "avenger exclusive" quest or content

    If SE SM is not an Avenger because he wasn’t in the movie, then BPCW should have his tag stripped as well. I’m sure there are others, but this is a glaring contradiction in my eyes

    Starky is an Avenger when he has the new suit in Infinity War.
    In the game, he has the suit from Homecoming movie and is not an Avenger in the movie.

    Simply, with the frequency of encountering him (especially in Act 5.3-4), he'd make Corvus Glaive even more OP
