I hear a lot about "need to get duped" and its my first time getting him so im wondering if he needs to get duped? Worth the resources to rank 3?
I have a 4* gwenpool btw

    Doesn’t need a dupe. I have him at rank 4, awakened sure but he doesn’t need it.

    Great unawakened champ, he has a high skill cap but when done right he’s amazing
