I was just wondering, if you brought the 3 star Vision offer would you be able to get the 4 star Vision offer in the future or would you need to get the 3 star Vision again to unlock the 4 star Vision offer?

    I think you have to get the offers in tandem.

    Just to confirm your suspicion, I had purchased the 3-star in January, then this month I had to buy the 3-star again to unlock the 4-star Offer.

    If you max the 3-star to 99, buying him again will give you the Max Signature Crystal.
