These champs are very inconsistent and unreliable when it comes to stealing buffs. I personally think they should be buffed to steal passive buffs as well. Sometimes buffs that are said to be buffs dont even get stolen!

    There are no passive buffs, only passive effects. ;)
    Said buffs that should be stolen are by and large useless to the thief if stolen.


    *Furthermore, Rogue copies buffs which is not the same as stealing buffs which Loki does.

    Yeah I started one with this video in it. Its on the front page lol. Anyway I came to the conclusion your answer was the one that made the most sense
