Rank up?!?! 5 star r3 or 4 star r5?

I am currently looking at two options to rank up. I just recently pulled a 5 star Electra she is not duped and I am wondering if I should rank 3 her before r5 a 4 star gwenpool. I like both and I am close to the third skill t4cc. Thank you for your time and thoughts.

    I say r5 gwenpool purely because her power is overly insane and she is a great champion to take into quests to get them done a lot quicker, she should be a god tier champion in my opinion

    If it was 5* Electra unduped, versus 4* Electra duped, the answer would be?

    Does it change if both Gwenpool?

    I only have 4* awakened Elektra. Trying to learn.
