Will the champions with the infinity stone get to keep them from now on???

    Short answer : NO
    Look at your profile and you will see a timer for the stones you already have.
    By the way, keeping the stone for those champions would make them beyond god tiers champions

    Yeah... Hulk ALONE would be a game breaker. They're a fun temporary thing. Enjoy them while you can.
