Constant lag in the crystal opening section of the game but no lag elsewhere

Ok so why is there always lag in the crystal opening section but nowhere else in the game. It has just cost me 60 credits as I purchased a premium crystal because of the lag, which I obviously didn’t want. I wonder how many people this affects?

    This has been happening for me as long as I remember. I usually just restart the game and it seems to go away but not lately

    If I only got lag during crystal opening I would be happy. Consider yourself lucky

    Couldn't agree more with this. End game content has been unplayable for months now.
