From May 29th until June 5th, the Halls of Fortune and Halls of Healing quests will alternate for 24 hours at a time, a veritable merry-go-round of treats!

May 29 - Halls of Fortune
May 30 - Hall of Healing
May 31 - Halls of Fortune
June 1 - Hall of Healing
June 2 - Halls of Fortune
June 3 - Halls of Healing
June 4 - Halls of Fortune

The Halls of Fortune have low energy costs, while the Halls of Healing require no energy to run and will have entry limits. Your teachers told you not to run in the halls, but I’m giving you full clearance to run around in these ones as much as your little heart desires!

But that’s not all!

The return of the Halls of Fortune is nice, but wouldn’t it be better with a certain sweet, perfect, gold-plated loudmouth?

Why would the majority of forum threads be positive? Forums are places people share 1)malcontent 2)brag posts 3)bugs which inevitably lead back to 1. You thinking the forums represent the entire community is backwards as half the arguments to used to justify kabam are that the anger on the forums doesnt represent the whole community

Kabam, How much gold might we be able to gather from these, as an estimate? Wondering if the yield will increase from previous gold-related events, since our rosters/rankup requirements have progressed as well.

I get what you're saying. It's a generalization to say the whole community reacts that way. Of course not everyone does. I do find it somewhat disheartening when something good comes and people don't acknowledge it, but that really can't be helped. There's always going to be some that aren't satisfied. Comes with the territory. I'm grateful. That's all I know.

Lest anyone misunderstand, I am not speaking for the community. the following are my individual thoughts, which I am sharing on the official forums for the people that actually are employed by The Company to read and respond to as they see fit.

Unfortunately, these events are to little, to late for me. These would be most welcome under normal circumstances, but the game is BROKEN! So for taking the time to run these events, I can use the gold to rank up champs that won't perform because the game is in it's worse state for me since 12.0? Or use the potions to heal up from what? A special being thrown mid combo, or a backdraft intercept failing, or because the game freezes/lags/drops frames?

At least seven weeks of this and the above mentioned bugs are just the tip of the iceberg. There are also many champs in the game that aren't even working properly. Omega Red, Symbiote Supreme, Thing, Rhino, etc. SymSupreme has been bugged since last year, yet The Champion is fixed in a day. AW matchmaking is still far from consistent. and on and on and on!!

What I would appreciate is a real, open book, down and dirty statement from the team on the state of the game. Not another "we're looking into it" statement or " fix coming sometime in a later update", but an honest to goodness heart to heart post.

I feel like I've been left in the dark long enough. I haven't heard anything in the last seven weeks that is putting me at ease heading into the next update. As a result, I'm spending much less time in game. I dread logging in for AW and AQ anymore. I'm losing interest. I want to enjoy the game again. Please give me some hope beyond these two events that there is some light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks.

Spending vs. Non-Spending is not an issue here and I don't know why people continually advocate that. You're talking about a select few Accounts which might have a surplus because they spend a great deal. Yes, money is a limiting Resource. It limits people by what they have to spend, and it limits the amount of people who have that much. Now you're comparing that to Millions per Account, which not only adds up, but throws off entire balances in some demographics. Honestly. this crusade is misplaced.
I'm not crusading anything, just pointing out the stupidity that players earning a couple million gold over a week period one time would "break the economy of the game". I'm happy they're running it because I had no expectation of anything this month except for it to be over in two weeks. Add in that you think its just "a select few accounts" that millions of gold is once again plain stupid. That's like saying players having full stocks of t4cc somehow breaks the game when it does nothing of the sort. There's top end resources that are extremely limited which would cause issues if they suddenly opened the flood gates and gold damn sure isn't one of them. The only thing some excess gold does is open players to a few extra rank ups or a few less arena runs. Earth shattering stuff for sure 😂

What you fail to understand is that there is an actual internal economy that has limits. Everything in the game has limits. The Resources are all interconnected, and affecting one area too much will have effects on others. There's always going to be some limiting Resource, and whether you can see it or not, releasing Millions and Millions per Account in one week (15 Mil a person as per your suggestion) can have an effect on the entire system. Honestly, it's just irreverent to think it's just some bytes that they can add into the game and it affects nothing.
You were talking about people having loads because they spent. They paid for it. Others have Millions because they Grinded a long time for it. It's completely entitled to think they can just give Millions for a few Energy within a week and it won't affect anything. Everything in the system has an effect. We're not playing in bubbles.

yeah that's perfectly appropriate and balanced for players at that level.

These side quests are in no way compensation for things some players have experienced. They aren't intended to ease your disatisfaction with the game either. They are to help you with content and roster growth. That's what they've always been for. They aren't new either. They are litterally the same thing they've done the padt 3 or 4 times except the amount od gold you get and the frequency of the quests.

Also you can see the rewards in the crystals before opening. If you werent happy with the 10k gold as a prize, dont do the content. The last stand event was intended to be fun. Did I miss the mark? Sure but after they nerfed epic, it was worth it to finish it all because it wasnt a challenge anymore. It's not like you only get 1 crystal, you get a bunch of them and the possibility of some decent rewards.

Your comments are exactly why I said the community isn't ever happy. No matter what they do, its never enough. They gave a free 5* awakening grm away from Christmas. Guess what? People were mad because they didn't get to choose and also mad cause they didn't grt what they want. It led to conspiracy posts about drip rates and gives what you least want etc..

I stand by my "its never enough" comment because for 99% of the FORUM community, its not.

Yes it might seem greed about gold but how long has the shortage of no spenders/non grinders get above a certain amount of gold when playing map 6 and needing to rank not often I was at 4mil for ages till a lot of rank ups then my gold was like gone now I have struggled to get up in gold as 5s and 6s has just got costly for me as getting so many nice champs to level that I cant as just leveling them has just stopped my gold to not go up I'm still at 1mil for around 5 months so yes I'd like more gold avalaible so dont have to grind arena or try keep up the gold by purchasing gold Crystal's but they really dont do much till u saved quite a few the gold u get u use in just 1 rank up

Of course the halls of healing/fortune as been reactivated as a way to make players happy. The fact you think that some of these side events happen around the same time when the game has the most complaints or issues is just a coincidence is funny. These side events always takes place in two situations, 1) player appreciation week/ anniversary 2) Game had major bugs and there has been a lot of negativity

I suppose when everyone complained about summoner appreciation week being rubbish and underwhelming and not having that 2* arena for the 4 year anniversary it was also coincidental they decided to then run the arena. OK yeah totally wasn't done to ease the dissatisfaction of the players.

You are telling me you was happy about the 10k gold being part of the loot for those 10k shard crystals ? i highly doubt it. Just because i didn't it why would i not do it. On that basis if people don't like something they should just quit rather then voice their dissatisfaction at something. That is some solid advice, perhaps you should follow it yourself since you seem to be unhappy with the majority of the FORUM community always complaining, then quit the forums, don't respond to those people.

I actually didn't mind the event, my point was based on gold acquisition in the game and how its no wonder people ask for gold events etc because of the gold people get in the game.

If the community at a large was generally always unhappy then that community would not exist. If you actually look through this thread there is quite a few posts of people thanking Kabam for these events.

Also you are telling me you are 100% happy with everything in regards to the game ?
