Vision (AOU) Bug

Ever since the new update Vision (AOU)'s L1 and L2 aren't working correctly. When fighting some champs his L2 doesn't burn any power at all. It is supposed to burn 100% power. His L1 burns almost none of the opponents power at all either. Is the game team aware of this issue?

    already a couple of threads about this.

    the only time i notice this happening is in arena. i usally pair vision against magik and actually have video of the exact thing your speaking of, i just dont know how to post it.

    a couple of things that would help them sort this out are:

    1) which OS are you on? iOS or android
    2) platform you found this in? arena, war or aq?
    3) sig level of your vision aou
    4) who you fought against.

    I had the opposite. As AOUV i was fighting Ant man (neither was unlocked) i was burning his power but it wasn't doing any damage.

    Had the same as my Civil warrior while fighting a not unlocked AOUV, he was burning my power but not doing any damage.
