6.2 PI range too high?

Thought I saw this earlier... not looking for debate. Just curious as to why champ PI increases so drastically from 6.2.2 (~30k PI) to 6.2.3 (~50k PI). Thought the ranges were supposed to be much lower given the information I read from the initial act 6.2 post. Not complaining, just curious as to why there's such a differentiation between the numbers and the initial post.
