Idk why cyclops *red and blue* gets so much hate, he's not THAT bad I have him as a 5* and he found some good usege against havock in the MEQ, good counter to Emma frost to he's also good on war defense on unblockeble SP1 node. And is great for act 5 breakthrough node.

they are plenty of other champion who can take down Havoc, or Emma frost.
if you like synergy team, team him up with Magneto, Storm, Wolvie and you got a full "Crit" team.
Also, as the big brother, Cyke actually can affect Havok with Specials, as his SP2 punches and kicks do the usual (very effective) damage. It's just the optic/plasma beams that don't damage the other brother.
