I purchased units and didn't get them your support won't answer me back it's been 3 hours

    Support can take time, if you read im sure it says with 24/48h but its typically alot faster.

    The forum mods on here cant do anything as its not there job and they dont have access to the necessary systems. I know its not what you want to hear, and i understand your annoyed, I would be too.. but you need to be patient and wait for the game support team

    I had the same issue with the daily card. A courteous email to support and they replied they were looking into it, 12 hours later the card was in the account. I sent a thank you email to them and got a pleasant reply. Guess what? Patience and courtesy are free attributes in life. You'll get your units, it just takes time sometimes.

  • Hey there, as others have mentioned it can sometimes take time for our Support Team to investigate and get back to you, but you can rest assured that they are looking into your report and will get back to you as soon as they are able.
