    The witch. She won't be a 5*, and she is still useful, even though she isn't the god tier champ she used to be.

    I've got all 3 max sig rank 5 and it really depends what you need them for.
    I use SW in quests, she's almost as good as she used to be but she's useless in AQ, she doesn't proc buffs nearly as much as she did.

    Hulk I use in AQ, he's a beast.
    He's great against the boss, poison immune, breezes through mystic paths and if used right can almost perma stun.

    WW2 cap I use in quests, his BP really helps and his s2 causes a load of bleed damage.

    If I had to lose one of the three I'd choose to keep SW and Hulk.

    Neither Hulk nor SW will be as good until duped. Go with WWII Cap. He's a one man army!
