Seems that it's possible to get no reward from unstable rifts. Is this a glitch? If it is possible, why was it not announced as part of the possibilities in original post about rifts?

    have you seen this yourself? You cannot trust Prof hoff, he is about as big of a conspiracy theorist as you can get.
