What level are collected master rifts?

    master rifts have some champs with higher PL compared to the ones in the master EQ, especially the first champ (Black Widow for unstable rifts)... basically it's like the most difficult path in the master EQ (chapter 3.2), but the final boss is obviously a lot easier to beat, because it doesn't have any Node :)
