    I believe Nova would win he can fly at 8x the speed of light, has gone to to toe with silver surfer and Galactus, has held his own against a bloodlust Thor and can create light. Captain Marvel only can move at the speed of sound ( I follow comics) so literally Nova can just blitz her and out manuver her.

    Richard Ryder or Sam Alexander? With Richard Ryder, Ther is no way any version Captian Marvel could win. With Sam Alexander, there is one more advantage CM has, and that is experience. both Mar-vel and Carol Danvers have military training and have many more years in the hero business. I'm not saying that would guarantee them a win, but it would balance the scale a bit.
