Can somebody answer, how exactly works Infinity Blast?

"Blasts a portion remaining health"
What does it mean? What percent of health in real?

    It's % based on your current health, so you can't be auto K.O. just by enterin the fight

    Of course it can not kill me. But how much? 1%? 2%? 5%?

    I think you lose 5% with Class advantage, 7,5% without class relationship and 10% with class disadvantage.
    Just what I think it is, I don't know the exact numbers
