    Is that why the last 12 crystals I just opened, he didn’t appear not once?

    Why would you guys still drop the crystal?

    Champions weren't in the crystals so they had to give them crystals however many they bought with them in them. It was like free crystals the first time.

    I spun my first 8 of 12 crystals, he didn’t appear once. I don’t know why but this won’t let me upload the videos, only photos.

    I emailed everything to CS, he didn’t appear once

    What you see when you spin is fake anyhow for the most part. Sometimes you see them some times you don't.
