New Stealth Spidey broken already?

Got lucky and pulled a 6* stealth spidey. While testing him out, I decided to try his Web-Foam cartridge (applies slow debuff to shut down unstoppable and evasion) against this months Nightcrawler in 3.3. While fighting him lithe web cartridges would be expended but never would place the debuff and I had to switch him to swashbuckling to stop the evasion.

    Video would be a lot more helpful than a flurry of pics. He didn’t have a special node.

    Edit: you can’t slow a mutant

    Ummmm, you might need the slow debuff to be active first...

    Does the night crawler have enhanced abilities? Sometimes the 20% extra means that when slowed it reduces the chance from 120 to 20% of the original, not saying that’s how it should work but that is an issue that hasn’t been addressed as a bug

    You may want to read the rest of what he stated. You cannot slow NC with spidy
