    Iceman brings Utility. Rulk brings damage.
    Rulk is a mystic killer and can swamp most fights in just a few hits. Iceman takes longer, plus has no Regen and his damage is meh. Do Rulk

    It depends ,if you have damage on your team but need some utility iceman is your guy, plus people say his damage is pathetic,but it isn't if you can play right. But if you're looking for big damage then red hulk is your guy.
