  Really you wouldn't be disappointed if you took any of those to r5. But I wouldn't personally take quake if you can't play her perfectly, and I wouldn't take corvus unduped beyond r4 honestly,same goes for hyperion. So it goes down to either captain marvel or venom the duck,and if you have a 4* or above nick fury I'd take up captain marvel otherwise I'd go with venom the duck, a lot of people sleep on him but he ain't no slouch.

  Cap. Marvel or VtD i would say, more inclined to VtD for his ability to regen, even if Marvel MCU is a beast while in binary mode.
  
  If you could awaken Hype, however, it would be a tough choice between him and the duck, in my opinion
