Suicides for ghost and corvus

Hi all, a friend told me to go suicide because I mostly use corvus and ghost. I have synergies as 4*. Does anyone habe much experience between using suicides and not for general uc event quest and exploring missions. Aq, aw and arena are not a priority.
My other 5* r4 are
Iceman
Venom
Red hulk
Blade

Any tips on getting willpower as well?

    No, not worth the units
    I think it is too risky, you loose 10% hp for every Special you throw in, whereever you Play... Thats great for shorter fights like Arena for example, plus it boosts youre pi. But for act 5 and 6 and Alliance War and Alliance Quest only regen champs can suffer the damage from recoil without having a negative Impact for he rest of the Mission...
    So imo, if you are looking for UC eQ you shouldnt do it, unless youre having really maxed champs and a big fat amount of Units...
