Blade not regenerating

Hi guys,

Trying to get through act 5 and I am using Blade but he is not regenerating. I have bars of power and below 70%. The green regenerating word comes up but nothing is happening. It did it against Kand, IP, Sim so far.
Any suggestions?

    I sent in a ticket already and they are not looking into it. I was just wondering if that happened to anyone else.

    I checked the nodes and there is no heal block.

    I assumed it was because they claimed regeneration came up.

    I'm not 100% on this, but I don't think he regens if your opponent is hitting into your block.

    I noticed when fighting blade and he goes below 70% and he's far away (other side of screen) and holds his block he doesn't Regen til I come in close. Haven't used my blade in awhile so haven't noticed on my end.
