But...take a look at this thread and others. Many of the issues are spotlighted late 2018 to early 2019. That’s over half a year. And the mod responses are little more than placeholders. That’s why people take umbrage.

1) Stagger is not triggering on parry 100% of the time during Null's Shadow
2) Nullify at the beginning of battle is inconsistent. Sometimes it does damage, sometimes it just removes the enemies buffs, and sometimes it doesn't trigger at all.
3) Short back dash is leading to players getting clipped by attacks and specials they can normally use dexterity to avoid.
4) Extended animation on his second medium attack makes parrying afterwards inconsistent. The animation needs to be sped up a bit to match the parry window after the recovery frames.

Here’s a post from December 2018 (nearly 8 months ago) citing at least two of the items mentioned above. The third post on this thread mentions the inconsistent Chthon’s Blessing nullify, also posted December 2018.
I would say we have been ridiculously patient...
Dr. Zola
But the inconsistent behavior—especially as it relates to champ-specific instances with Chthon’s Cunning not nullifying/nullifying buffs at fight start—should actually make it easier to discern what causes the difference. That’s at least a beginning.
As for everything else, if making champs that behave predictably and as described (in both the champion description and the Dev notes themselves) within the existing game framework is beyond their coders, then perhaps the game team should be restricted to making champs with abilities that can fit within a simple 100-word description like the early generation characters?
Bear in mind, too, that this hasn’t even been elevated to bug status yet, nor has there been a response since July 5.
Dr. Zola
If the answer is something like “Look, we have a lot of stuff going on and this isn’t even in our top 20 right now” then that’s an update. If it’s “We really have no idea what’s going on” that is an update too. If it’s “We don’t think it’s something we can fix this year” or “Too bad suckers! You lose!” that’s also something.
It’s probably not as big a deal if this is Iron Fist, or OG BP or some other champ that is much less sought after and much less useful. But it’s beyond silly to let something languish this long without any meaningful response or explanation from the team.
Dr. Zola
Here’s the sum of it. I see looking into it for several months. But not much else.
Are you new here? Because “looking into it” is sometimes code for “we will get to it when there’s quite literally nothing else to do.”
Dr. Zola
As you can see he has True Strike and 50% less cost sp, I see his armor regenerating but when I did parry, he just purified it, he's not supposed to have 2 ice armors or that thing, someone have any idea of what happened here?
As for Ice Armor, I’m not sure—was there a stagger active when his Ice Armor reformed? It looks like you are on Set’s Fangs blessing, not Null’s Shadow blessing. Null’s Shadow is the blessing stage that puts a stagger on parried opponents.
Plus what @SquishyjrThe_4TH says above—also possible.
Forgive me if I’ve misunderstood the question.
Dr. Zola
If you have a clip of it when it occurs again, it would be helpful to understand precisely what happened. Stagger should cancel Ice Armor, right?
Dr. Zola
Tell us what concrete steps have been taken.
Move symbiote supreme and all his bugs onto the known issues list.
Give us an estimated timeline. If you do not have a timeline, tell us that.
Tell us what steps you are looking towards next.
If you have enough information on the bug but can't replicate it, tell us and we will give you the information.
There is so much more that can be done communication wise. Right now the impression that is being given is that this is literally at the bottom of the pile in terms of priority, and players have to just suck it up and deal with a champion not working as intended and as was sold to us.
According to the second post in this thread it is dated way back in October. That's almost 10 months and nothing has changed yet. It shouldn't be taking this long to acknowledge there is a problem. Since they merged multiple threads i think the oldest didnt end up being first. Just wanted to point out that it has almost been a year and they have only stated they are still looking into it. How long should it take to realize something isnt right with SS???
