    Def Angela, she hits really hard, has regen AND most importantly, she’s a havok killer. Her passive shield prevents from dealing plasma charges damage.

    Ahmm, I was watching some videos on YouTube and I realized when I played with her that the damage wasn't done the same way, did any player using her notice a damage reduction over that time? (Silent Nerf)
