So all the 4* I have gotten have been mutant. And I have a 4* mutant awakening gem. And I want to know which character to use it on.
(Btw these are the 3 best ones.)

    I just opened another 4* and it was x23. Why are mutants all I can pull.

    Depends what you need and how many sigs you have
    For damage go or with sigs
    For aar go aa who also has great damage
