If Omega Red, The Vision, Star Lord or Medusa were awakened. They'd definitely make it into the team.
Cap iw is overall best champ,Doctor voodoo i personally using him for act 5 which helping me pretty solid , vision to when he reach to r5 he is pretty solid and power burn help alot in act 5, act 4 is pretty easy.

Other great options are Havok, X-23, Omega and Medusa, but Omega and Medusa will be MUCH more useful once they're awakened. Same with Voodoo, Star-Lord, Vision and Night Thrasher.
