  Because it takes VERY, VERY long to actually achieve that. (6 months for me)

  @EarthElite did you do it before or after the reduction to energy cost? I'll admit it still takes a while regardless. If you can get Uncollected beforehand, I'd go that route first but act 4 exploration definitely has it's value. Also, for those not level 60, use some experience boosts and you'll get tremendous value out of it.
