CULL Obsidian True strike fause!

Hay ive just pulled a 5* Cull obsidian and i took him to r2 and a bit of EQ uncollected and he was 5 charges in agent mordo and he still evides my attacks! Whats up

Sorry i had 8 charges on him he stopped the first evide but the second didnt work

Did you still have the buffs up the second time

Is he evading or dashing? Mordo only has astral evade which only activates when activating heavy attacks.
