You said it yourself: Alliance Wars.Parry and Dexterity are responsible for 70% of the work done to win a fight. They are very important to tackle almost everything in the game, so we can't just lose them.
Maybe the better poll to post was:
[Remove the effect of Parry and Dexterity on Alliance War defenders vs. Keep the effect of Parry and Dexterity on Alliance War defenders]
Personally, I think Parry and Dexterity masteries being active on defenders are key elements to make Alliance Wars truly competitive. Although it gets annoying when you're parried and combo'ed INTO OBLIVION, this is where the fun comes from: challenge.
P.S.: M.O.D.O.K. and IMIW are exceptions to the parry being a fun challenge on defenders
If you really wanted changes to aw, then i would argue you want to change global nodes, but beware, some champs on certain node combinations will be nigh on impossible for most players without high level specific counters, boosts and a lot of units.
