    Kabam never bothered to comment. Def bothers me that Rogue can’t steal true strike buff from Corvus.

    Some buffs just wouldn't do anything for the character's, and that's why they can't be stoled. And again, game design choise

    Some things are passive and can’t be stolen if that’s what you’re referring to

    Totally agree with the video. I use rough a lot and there are many buffs that cannot be stolen. There is no clear description of the skills, whether they are passive or not.

    Naw, it is because of the passive vs active buffs that Kabam introduced.

    It basically nerfs both these champs, when both of them should still be able to steal any type of buff.

    Sad days. :(

    Passive effects are pretty dumb since all these newer champs have no actual active buff they make rogue, loki, and mystic less useful day by day
