I have done one war so far, if I play every single remaining war, will I get the rewards?

    Assuming there are 6 more then you should, you just need 5.

    You have to participate in 5 wars during the season

    yes, the season typically lasts so long, there are 13 days left in the season which should be 6 more wars.
