The design of this node is still puzzling to me months after it’s arrival. I know it affects everyone, since everyone has some sort of block proficiency, but who does it target specifically other than the Captain Americas? Without using him it’s basically just an increased crit and power gain node. So when I’m looking at who to bring into those nodes, basically all I am thinking is, maybe I shouldn’t bring Cap here. Am I missing something?

    It increases attack and power gain based on your block proficiency. I dealt with that node using wasp and as u may know, she has really low block prof., something like 35-40%. I imagine it's harder to deal with if you're using Cap Infinity war
