New guy here, been playing about a month and have cleared story act 3. Kabam has gifted me some good champs.... Symbiote supreme, Aegon, Captain America IW. I have not played any alliance yet, just events and story. Wondering which 4* to rank up to level 4 first?

    Based on where you are in the game, I would agree with the above and go CapIW. He's got really good block proficiency and a nice mixed bag of utility, especially if he's awakened. Even if he's not he has pretty good damage as well, and good block and good damage is going to serve you well in Act 4 in general.

    Thanks for the responses, I also have Mister Sinister but am heavily leaning towards CA
