Who will get Buff after human thorch and annihilus? I want to Buff Gambit and Magneto. What do you want?

Human torch and annihilus are in a different rotation, there is a shortlist of champs to be buffed like colossus and old man Logan which has Howard kamala venompool and ip

Since the HT and annihilus buffs are for newer champs to make them just a little bit better...I think maw could be in line given his non existential offensive use

That's a misconception. Kabam didn't say buff. They are tuning torch and annihilus. So they could be better and worse in some areas of their abilities.
An actual buff would be like Venom and Carnage.
So yes, Magneto needs a buff, but with Kabam logic, Gambit can be pretty good.

Kabam said nothing about making HT and Annihilus worse. They specifically said they are tuning UP their offensive capabilities. Which is a buff.

Yep.
Also, there's a time schedule for the rotation, and this is the beginning of the process. Older Champs will require exmaination and alterations like Colossus and OML.
