Question about CM Movie

When I gain ten or more Binary charges and go into Binary mode I don't have the indestructible buff. Does this only apply if I need to reach all 25 charges? The sig ability clearly states when Binary Ignition is active CM gains an indestructible buff for 10.62 seconds. The video was too large to load so I took a screen shot of the video while i'm in Binary Ignition. Thanks for any help.

    you have to be above 20 charges when going into binary mode to be able to activate the indestructible effect ^_^
