  I'd say definetely go Hyperion and get as many sig levels as you can in him, but wait for the Colossus buff. He looks like he could be awesome and there's a chance he could be farther buffed during beta. We know for a fact he'll gain a lot from suicides.

  Personally from that list I would choose Spider-Gwen or venom. I have a 5/65 venom already and he’s been incredibly useful to me, I’m using him all the time. My Spider-Gwen is currently 4/55 but she’s next in line for the r5. I think she’s really fun to use and has some really nice utility/damage since she got buffed. Venom and Spider-Gwen work really well together since she gains 10% attack per Spider-Sense charge on top of the regular number. Gives her some pretty high damage numbers even at rank 4, great defender too if you wanted to use her there.
