I know there will be a lot of questions about Rank Down Tickets and Compensation for changes, and there already are some. As a reminder, we did say that we will approach these on a case by case basis, and will not be able to make any comments on this yet, because we don't know what Cull's balance pass will look like at all yet.

Also, remember that these changes are restricted to Tuning updates, and are will not change any abilities or utility. Our intention is that if you love your Champion now, you should still love them after.

I have Cull R5 sig 200... I don't know what the rebalance is or why you feel it's needed. I don't even use him for AQ or AW cause while he does good damage when he's fully buffed (usually 3rd for 4th fight), his block prof and low ramp up dmg makes it item heavy to use at the start so he's overall a bad choice at the start. If you feel he's overused for long path content then you'd need to nerf many others who have high damage when ramped up, corvus, aegon, etc. And those two probably outdamage cull anyway currently. The main issue here is videos come out where someone sets masteries and synergies to max that one champ, uses boosts and plays like a ninja and kills a high level target in record hits and Kabam hits the red emergency button and has to nerf champs to the ground. Stop it.

You say this like you know cull obisidian so well. Cull does not need missions to complete in fights. He is actually very simple. Just parry, heavy or bait heavy/special and counter with a heavy. Then when you apply enough armor breaks you get the rout buff and deal tons of burst damage. You act like cull is supposed to be an all around champ like ghost with that level of damage. Hilarious

You sure you even play cull he has missions that’s how you get more thanos favors. And this is coming from someone with a r2 six star he isn’t practical for end game use. There should be rdt to see how he preforms after the “tuning”.

When the game goes harder, you cant just parry with cull. Every parry take you 5% of your health.

Ok you clearly didn’t read my post properly, I never said cull is an all around champ, I was saying other champions have higher or equal damage potential with their disadvantages aswell, yes cull’s disadvantages are not as severe as those of proxima but they’re still there, very prevalent and make him worthless for most of act 6 aw and aq, and if you think cull is top 10 you clearly know nothing about him, now I’m not responding to any more of your posts since all you really want to do it get me jailed, so don’t bother thinking of a comeback

His only use in the endgame is the fights all champs can do, the easy fights without many problems, he can’t do the fights that can cause people to get stuck at until he’s ramped up, and as endgame content gets harder and harder with each encoounter being individually difficult and requiring a unique utility you can’t even ramp him up, and as for things like variant 2 that’s content he was literally designed to destroy, but champs like domino are still better than him overall imo

I have a duped r2 6* cull obsidian. If you are going to nerf him, I believe it's only right that you give the rank down to tickets for 6* champs as well or return all those units I threw to get him and then duped. Such actions would only make me be put off from the game and certainly not want to spend on the game anymore. Please kabam, I urge you for a 6* rank down ticket or just loose a whale.it's your choice=)

Your clear bias is showing. If cull wasn't useful in those contents many on the leaderboard wouldn't have him ranked up.

They ranked him up because of the massive numbers they were seeing from his damage without realizing his numerous setbacks also 6:2 wasn’t released then where he’s pretty much useless in

kabam said 3 months after champion is released we’ll have reviewed and analyzed the data. If it need a small balance up or down we will notify the player base before it gets into the basic crystal pool.

Well kabam he is in the basic crystal and he has been out for 6-7 months.

What would you say to that?

They mentioned that those Champs missed the cutoff for 3 months, but there would be an Announcement forthcoming. Dis be it.
It's also worth pointing out that when you release two Champs at the same time, with one incredibly low and one incredibly high in terms of Damage, it magnifies the need to revisit some things.
I think it's probably best that we wait to see the upcoming changes before burning down the house.

They were nerfs mate, abilities changed from how they’ve always worked, or how they were sold in the case if ss, aa was even announced he was working right before he was nerfed, and yes they’re still great champs but they aren’t what they were/should be. What I’m curious about with this data collecting they speak of was after that initial damage adjustment they had a while back, or if it’s including that to justify this “tuning”

My assumption with the data collecting was they look at each thing and saw damage is higher than most other champs, so they decided to nerf that, despite everything else being low

I wish more people took this advice, but when there are big blubbery whales still existing, it seems almost impossible, but if us average Summoners (who are a LOT of people) stop spending as much money/time/effort to get a champ for instance, MAYBE, just MAYBE, Kabam may actually hear us out.

Nerfing champs like this so long after release is plain and simple, abusing the player base. If the Cull nerf is large, or another nerf like this comes along in the near future, I will be likely to quit the game.

I don't see how you can be complaining about a parry into a heavy. Just don't block attacks and you'll be fine. Certain matchups he could be at a disadvantage like punisher 2099 or nick fury but all champs have bad matchups

Seriously where do you get your experience playing cull? Act 4? Act 5? You can’t just simply parry and heavy in endgame content. If the node doesn’t have stun immune it’s almost always got lumber and even if both of those aren’t there he takes so much block damage from parries. He just constantly needs health pots to top off. And now they are going to diminish the only thing going for him his damage.
