Upcoming Cull Obsidian and Ebony Maw Balance Changes

I not usually spend $100 at once in this game, but I can afford it and I decided it was a good investment to buy 3,100 units the last time Cull's crystal was released a few weeks ago. And I got "lucky" after getting a 6* version after 5 crystals. So, you now tell us that you are changing it just because you don't like it? Without any previous consult with the clients that pay you?

RDT means nothing in my case. So, tell me, why, from now own, why to spend money in crystals if you do these unwanted changes to the champions? This is not the way to treat customers.

I wish more people took this advice, but when there are big blubbery whales still existing, it seems almost impossible, but if us average Summoners (who are a LOT of people) stop spending as much money/time/effort to get a champ for instance, MAYBE, just MAYBE, Kabam may actually hear us out.

They just killed this whale....I'm definitely not the biggest but spend plenty...no more features for me.

You say this like you know cull obisidian so well. Cull does not need missions to complete in fights. He is actually very simple. Just parry, heavy or bait heavy/special and counter with a heavy. Then when you apply enough armor breaks you get the rout buff and deal tons of burst damage. You act like cull is supposed to be an all around champ like ghost with that level of damage. Hilarious

When the game goes harder, you cant just parry with cull. Every parry take you 5% of your health.

How? All it takes is a buffet node and all Thanos favor charges disappear at the start. You don't need a champion to combat, a node will do make Cull almost worthless in any fight you don't want him to be effective in.

Kabam's reaction shouldn't be panic nerfs. They should do more testing. Expand their testing to include some of these YouTubers with the condition of absolute silence if they want to be in at the testing phase vs the hype phase.

Never commented before as always trusted Kabam to give great content to the consumer in an ethical manner. However the nerfing of champions after several months have past (aka changing what the customer thought they had purchased from a company), lots of money spent on that certain product (Cull), and various resources attained from hard work, time, and saving is the definition of non ethical.
This is something Kabam needs to change asap to maintain or keep any level of trust in the community to keep investing time, money, and their life into it. Being able to obtain new and fun champions without the risk of having that fun and enjoyment being taken away is what MCOC is all about.
@Kabam Miike, please reconsider this decision to nerf champions, especially well after release, for the sake of the dedicated and loyal customers that would like to continue and enjoy the product.

You sure you even play cull he has missions that’s how you get more thanos favors. And this is coming from someone with a r2 six star he isn’t practical for end game use. There should be rdt to see how he preforms after the “tuning”.
I don't see how you can be complaining about a parry into a heavy. Just don't block attacks and you'll be fine. Certain matchups he could be at a disadvantage like punisher 2099 or nick fury but all champs have bad matchups
Seriously where do you get your experience playing cull? Act 4? Act 5? You can’t just simply parry and heavy in endgame content. If the node doesn’t have stun immune it’s almost always got lumber and even if both of those aren’t there he takes so much block damage from parries. He just constantly needs health pots to top off. And now they are going to diminish the only thing going for him his damage.
I only have a 5/50 version of him. Seen enough videos to know his block proficiency is only as bad as the player. This video sure looks like 5% damage every parry.

Oh wow that’s good yup I totally forgot that a great player can parry and take less damage then a poor player can when he parries as well. Get real dude his block proficiency is one of the worst in the games doesn’t matter how good or bad a player is he still takes too much parry damage to be suitable for act 6 or aq or war without using items to top him up.

There are so many champs that are close to Cull's damage output and have tons of utility to boot - Ghost, Namor, Captain Marvel the Movie version...All cull has going for him is damage. Yes once he is ramped up, he is great. But do you know how painful his ramp up is? Will you also nerf Ageon too, as he's absolutely best champ when ramped up?

Before Cull is fully ramped, I have to invest lots of potions into him - and he is good for like only half the end game content. I think he is very balanced as it is - high dmg champion that is tough to ramp up and very fragile.

This really stinks. Anytime kabam makes a solid damage champion you come behind and nerf them into the ground. Any experienced cull player knows while is damage is awesome the grind to get that said damage takes a large toll on your items. He doesn’t need to be tweaked or needed unless you wanna give him more block proficiency.
