Marvel Insider rewards missing?

I purchased the 3* GG offer from marvel insider and the confirmation e-mail stated the rewards will be delivered between August 11 and 15 2017, but I haven't received anything at this point...

I always double check my user name before confirming a purchase at marvel insider so I didn't make a typo.

Is someone else having trouble getting their insider rewards?

    The e-mail has a typo.
    The rewards will be distributed between 11 and 15 of September

    Yup. I noticed this one too when I got the GG package. Email said this month but it will be next month.

    Did you actually read the previous posts? Or the description when you redeemed the rewards points? September, it will be delivered in September.

    See, I finished the Sinister Foes of Spider Man Quest on beginner & normal. But I see nothing explaining how to redeem the points/rewards. At least nothing on the Marvel site or MCoC. Is there some kind of secret society process to go through for this to work?
