    We've been hit hard by retirements, if you're very very active we'd consider a few guys in the 200K range, although 400K+ range is preferred. We now lost 7 and have only added 1, so 6 spots are open, and there is room for people to jump to officer very quickly! Great opportunity for a few people to advance quickly!
