Lets all take a moment of silence to remember the 2,977 lives lost 18 years ago today.
I'll never forget being in second grade and the classroom phones kept ringing and fellow classmates kept getting pulled out then I ended up being taken out of class not sure why. But my mom was at the front office with a multitude of parents. Shaken, teary eyed. I will never forget getting home and my mom turning the news on because a few minutes is when the second plane hit I wasn't able to grasp the evilness in this world that was unfolding in front of me. That's why I'll never forget. Where were you this day?
