I HAVE 3 5 STARS AT R2 : ANGELA RONAN AND MODOK AND 4/40 CAIW , DOMINO ,VENOM AND DH, AS THE TITLE SAYS CAN I DO IT USING BOOSTS AND 500 UNITS FOR REVIVES AND POTIONS???

Not with those Champos, No. Domino is regenerating 1% of her max health per tick and SS is gaining power like crazy.
But if you can beat the first 3 champions without losing a champ, I say go for it.

In my opinion they should have added difficulties(heroic,master etc.) That would have made it achievable by all
