So I couldn't get a 300 unit refund back due to me apparently providing incorrect information, how can I know exactly when I created my game account? (Google Play achievements isn't accurate)

    I’m guessing you are Android if you mentioned Google play. If you were Apple, you could look at the “purchased” list under your account and it says the download date.

    Idk how for Android, but pretty sure someone knows.

    I would try to search in your e-mail inbox for the "confirmation of registration" e-mail, that activates your account.

    Kabam's security used to be really bad. You used to be able to tell everything when you open up a support ticket and copy the URL and uu-unecode it and it will tell you how much you've spent as well as when you opened the account...They changed it...you can't do that so I think the only way is check old emails ....Kabam's security is pretty bad.
