I honestly believe that DV is good as 4/55, this is because there are other who would worthy of 5/56. I too have a 4/55 DV and just like AA he's good at 3/45 he does all he needs to do at that level.
When there are Champs like CG, Ghost, Blade, Nick Fury, Aegon, Void, CapIW, Sparky just to name a few who can completely outperform DV in most areas of the game especially in end game content.

Althoguh I do agree with @BlackJ4zz about DV not standing up around endgame content I still stand by my point.

My 5/65s now are blade, hyperion, medusa, magik, stark spidey. I was thinking about voodoo because i like to use him and he could work very well with 5/5 MD. I need to rank 5 in a relatively short time, my T5Bs are going in overflow in about a month (and i have not intention to buy summoner's sigil lol)

He can nullify buffs, but passive buffs nerfed him into the ground along with rogue, ronan and pretty much every single mystic champ. Also many cosmic champs are poison immune, and it's cosmic champs who rely on ton of buffs. Finally, his power control - it's ok, but not good enough when you need it, like spite node or vs hype. I would definably prefer someone else. But if you like him, he's ok to go with, just not your best option

Yes

Dr voodoo is one of the best champions in the game, He also one of few that won't "get old" due new content because of his insane utility.
Before I go to his utilities bare in mind that he must be awakened to be beyond god tier.
Now for what he can do:
He doesn't rely on any synergy to be great.
Even combo:

20% chace to apply loa
each fight he regen 20% of his max health (mixed with recovery mastery even more)
100% convert all buffs to poison deal insane damage and reduce regen by 30% (for each stuck decremental)
sp2, convert loas up to 3 power burn buffs that will keep opponenet without power and doadditional damage
sp3 (rarely used), can give you power

Odd combo:

Reducing Accuracy ability of opponents by 50% (I took spidey AW boss long time ago with voodoo). He can prevent unblocable finale, evade and many more
increase debuff dutation by 120% (on sig 200). this means on limber nodes you have double stun duration, more parries
sp1 50% chance to convert all buffs to poison
sp2 50%chance to convert loas to power drain

Can he handle endgame content?
YES, Voodoo is one of the beast AW attackers (Tier 1). He helped me to clear a huge amount of paths in 6.1 and 6.2. He cleared super hards fights variant 1 & 2

He can counter a lot of super hard defenders like:

Korg
IMIW
Champion boss
Havok
Hyp
And many more...

He can prevent nodes like:

Unstoppable
Unblockable
Prevent Hyp power gain
Aspect of war
On debuff immune still power burn
No retreat
and many more...

Now for his disadvantages:

Short dash back - you need to get used to it
lack of cool synergies

Unfortunately, people don't see his insane potential in high tier wars on endgame content.
